It is with great sadness that we have to share the news that our past Commodore, Lindsay Tosh, passed away on the 6th of September.
Lindsay was a major contributor to The Solway Yacht Club for many years. He was a friend to many and will be greatly missed by the Club and wider yachting community. We extend our condolences to Jacquie, Murray, Rosalyn and family.
The Service to celebrate Lindsay's life will be at Roucan Loch Crematorium, Roucan Road, Collin, Dumfries, DG1 3QE. Tuesday 17th September at 15.00 hours. This will be followed by refreshments for all at Dumfries Rugby Club. No flowers please but donations to Lindsay's favourite charities welcomed on the day.
